Whether you’re a newbie to HIIT or PILATES or a pro, we’ve got you covered. You can take it slow or go all-out and push yourself to the limit. You move at your own pace! This class is great for all levels!

This class needs a minimum of 2 participants to to run.
Cost: $18 per Drop-in or $64 for 4 classes (Must be used within 6 weeks of first class attendance) Relief Packages can be used towards this class.
