Our certified personal trainers with momming experience themselves will be leading these groups in a fun and safe environment. The first 30 minutes of class will be geared toward Mom (or Dad or Nanny or Grandma. We don’t discriminate! All caregivers are welcome). Experience a blend of strength training, barre, and cardio with a focus on functional fitness– exercises that support your everyday life.
Then the last 20 minutes will be movement geared toward your little one! We bring out different tricks every class to keep your munchkins entertained. Think scarves, parachute, obstacle courses, animal yoga, musical chairs, and more! The perfect balance between structure and chaos to tucker them out before nap time.
