Toddler & Me Yoga: For walking infants up to 3 years old with caregiver.
Introduce the concept of yoga to little ones through play which includes songs, games and stories to appeal to their active imaginations. Each class is tailored around their curious minds and will learn yoga through repetition and social interaction. These active tots will learn to improve their motor skills, increase their attention span and navigate social situations. This class is designed to have fun!
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Safe to attend while pregnant.
Cost: $18 for single-class or $64 for 4 classes (Must be used within 6 weeks of first class attendance)
Young children thrive with consistency; to honor this, we offer a class format that provides children with the routine, familiarity of faces, and predictability they need to confidently participate in class. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to consider purchasing a 4 class pack.
