Expecting Pelvic Health: Online Support for Moms and Moms-to-be

Do you expect pelvic health? Or are you resigned to living with pain, discomfort, and possibly even incontinence during your childbearing years and beyond? Dr. Ryan Bailey of Expecting Pelvic Health will tell you that pelvic pain and discomfort are common, but not normal. And she is on a mission to help mothers experience pelvic health. I talked with Ryan recently about the exciting new developments in her business and an incredible new offering she has launched. I’m thrilled to be sharing it with you today!

You may know Ryan from White Lotus Physical Therapy. She has changed her business name to Expecting Pelvic Health because she believes it more fully represents what she does.  Ryan provides something more specific than the “physical therapy” that we typically think of when we hear that term. So passionate about pregnant women and mothers, she focuses her practice on this community and teaching them to expect pelvic health.

Dr. Ryan has recently launched her online program, Expecting Pelvic Fitness, and it looks incredible! I almost wish I was pregnant again (ha, I think three is enough for me!) so I could join in. But in all honesty, I wish I’d had this program during my third pregnancy. I experienced so much pelvic discomfort and I know this would have helped me enjoy my pregnancy so much more. As a birth and postpartum doula, I’ve been recommending her program to all of my clients.

What’s included in Expecting Pelvic Health’s Online Program?

The resources in her program begin with the first trimester and go all the way through the early postpartum period. And you can purchase them as one big package, or separately if you only need some of them. The program includes information on each trimester, videos, worksheets and, with some packages, access to Ryan for one-on-one support. There’s help for each trimester, help preparing your pelvis for birth, and help with common issues like hemorrhoids! This is the perfect program for busy moms as you go at your own pace and complete everything from the comfort of your own home. There are so many benefits to this program. You will become more aware of your body, learn to tune into your body, have increased stamina and energy, sleep better, and have the potential for a smoother birth and postpartum physical recovery.

One thing that was abundantly clear when speaking with her was her deep passion for this work and for the people she works with. She said at one point, “I just love it. If I could do this for free, I probably would!” Ryan is an incredibly warm and inviting person, with such a positive aura and I know that her personality will be infused in her truly unique program.

Are you ready to take control of your pelvic health? Are you ready to live with less pain? Head over to Expecting Pelvic Fitness to learn more about the program and even schedule a free call with her to learn more.

Hello, I’m Taylor! I am Mama to three beautiful kids, ages five and three, and a brand new little guy who is snuggling me as I write this. Parenting with my amazing partner James has sent us on a quest to craft the very best life we can imagine for our family. To us, that means that each of us (kids included) can pursue our passions while spending as much time as possible together as a family unit. Since 2011, we have moved three times and both changed careers multiple times. We’re now happily settled in the Seacoast, a truly special place that we think will be our forever home. We both work from home, trading time spent working and time spent with our kids. We are passionate about our homeschooled children taking the lead in their own learning and our days are spent supporting them and their interests. I am a birth and postpartum doula and co-founder of New Mama Project, a site filled with resources and support to help new mothers navigate the postpartum transition and the profound identity shift of becoming a mom. I love exploring the Seacoast, dreaming about traveling, learning to knit, and reading and talking about homeschooling and unschooling.
